Returns & Exchanges

At Tops and Bottoms Clothing & Sneakers, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the clothing or sneakers in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and shoe boxes are included and undamaged.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
